Bhringareshwor Temple complex has a domed roofed (after re-construction) at the centre of the plaza of Sunakothi-27. According to Gopal Raj Banshawali, the Bhringareswor Mahadev was erected even before the establishment of the Pashupatinath Temple. It holds great cultural importance in locals’ life. This magical place that is far away from the maddening crowd, yet close to being visited quite easily indeed is a fitting place to bring the people together through both social prayer and social service.
