Panchali Bhuja is an annual event held at Purnachandi Temple as a part of the weeklong   Yenyapunhi   (Indra Jatra) celebrated in Patan. On this day, 12 rice balls stuffed with various other food items are offered to deities. People believe if there is rainfall at this night, we will usually have wet Dashain.

This year Punchali Bhuja was drenched. The situation has not improved since then. We are still having scattered rainfall and the forecast for the biggest festival is not positive.
